Berry and Chia Smoothie
Ingredients 90g almond milk 1 mandarin 60g Natural yogurt 1 cup berries 2 tsp chia seeds 1/2 cup baby spinach 2 small carrots Instructions Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should never be avoided as it kick starts your metabolism and ‘breaks the fast’ from the night before.
