Swiss Style Muesli

Ingredients
  • 45g oats
  • 30ml apple juice
  • 30ml water
  • 1 apple
  • 1tsp lemon juice– freshly squeezed
  • 1tbsp hazelnuts– ground
  •  Fresh berries or mixed fruit
  • 1handful flaked almonds
  •  Natural yogurt
Instructions
  1. Soak the rolled oats in the apple juice / water mix for at least 30 minutes or overnight if possible.
  2. Grate the apple and mix with the lemon juice.
  3. Mix together the soaked oats, grated apple and ground hazelnuts.
  4. Lightly toast the flaked almonds in a dry frying pan.
  5. Serve the oats in a bowel, top with fruit, yogurt and toasted almonds.
