Would you like to boost your energy, balance your moods, increase your concentration, improve your memory, lose weight or stop relying on chocolate or caffeine to keep you alert throughout the day?

Bad habits like smoking, drinking, sedentary lifestyle and living on convenience foods are making us sick. At the same time, we want to enjoy life, so how can we get the balance correct before these issues manifest into chronic illnesses?

Reassessing your diet has been shown to be beneficial for addressing many health concerns including:

What You Can Expect

I offer a full dietary analysis where we discuss what you consume, your energy, digestion and moods in detail. We outline your health concerns and goals and based on how quickly or slowly you want to make the changes, we devise a new eating plan. I would like to stress this is not a “diet”, it is a new way of thinking about food. Whatever your goal, we will work to it. We will devise an eating plan that you can actually see yourself stick to and I will help you with alternative foods, recipes and tips.

Follow Up

4 weeks after the first consultation most clients would return for a shorter consultation, when we would discuss your progress or issues and amend your eating plan accordingly. Most clients I have worked with, who have followed the recommendations, will already have seen a vast improvement within the 4 weeks.
