This recipe is great fun to make with the kids and is healthy and nutritious. Experiment a little with the nuts & seeds and see what variations you can come up with. Provided your children aren’t in a nut free school, these are perfect for lunchboxes or as an afternoon treat.  They are packed with essential omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, vitamin E & B and are great source of protein.  A far healthier treat than the commercial breakfast bars available and cheaper too!
