If you are looking for a change from your porridge in the morning, look no further than this overnight oats recipe.
lemon juice - freshly squeezed
hazelnuts - ground
Fresh berries or mixed fruit
Soak the rolled oats in the apple juice / water mix for at least 30 minutes or overnight if possible.
Grate the apple and mix with the lemon juice.
Mix together the soaked oats, grated apple and ground hazelnuts.
Lightly toast the flaked almonds in a dry frying pan.
Serve the oats in a bowel, top with fruit, yogurt and toasted almonds.
