Ingredients
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • Peanut butter
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Mix the cacao powder, melted coconut oil and maple syrup in a blender.
  2. Pour half of the mixture onto a baking tray 7" x 15" lined with a baking sheet, spreading evenly.
  3. Leave in the fridge or freezer to set.
  4. Once set, spread peanut butter (as much or as little as you like!) on top of the set chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the peanut butter, spreading evenly.
  6. Return to the fridge / freezer to set.
  7. Once set, cut into bite size pieces and store them in a freezer bag and return to the freezer.
  8. Take as required! These can be eaten straight from the freezer or allowed to thaw slightly. They will start to melt though if left too long.
