Ingredients
  • 2 large handfuls kale or spinach (organic if possible)
  • 1 large pineapple ring
  • 1/2 avocado
  • still water - adjust to taste
  • 1 orange or 1 cup not from concentrate juice

Instructions
  1. In a nutribullet type blender, combine rinsed kale, flesh of the avocado, pineapple, peeled orange and water.
  2. Blitz for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Drink & enjoy!
