Granola

Homemade granola is so simple, inexpensive and can vary every time you eat it, depending on what nuts and seed you have. A lot of shop bough granola’s are full of sugar because of the dried fruit content. If you would like to add fruit, add fresh berries to the finished product.

This recipe is very adaptable, you can cook it in a frying pan or in the oven, depending on how you like it.  Click here for the oven version.
