Fitzwilliam FoodTest

High Sensitivity IgG Antibody Tests to Guide the Elimination Diet (previously known as Food Intolerance)

York / Lorisian Tests

For more information on Lorisian or York tests – please email or telephone the clinic

What Is Involved?

All tests involve taking a simple blood test for food intolerance which is a basic finger pin prick of blood, which takes about 10 minutes.  The sample is sent to a laboratory for analysis and results are back within 2 1/2 weeks.

What Will I Receive?

Upon discovery of the problematic foods, a detailed report is given to each client with a breakdown of all the foods tested and which category they fall into –  “normal” “borderline” or “elevated”.

We also offer further information on alternative foods, recipes, websites, where to shop and a follow up call.

Recommendations Before You Get Tested

We recommend our clients eat the following products for about 3-5 days before coming in for the test:

  • Goat’s products – milk, cheese or yogurts

  • Soya products – milk or yogurts

  • Spelt bread

Do They Work?
