I thought I was about to take part in another diet but I was wrong, very wrong. Learning about myself and what’s holding me back when it comes to a healthy diet was sometimes like a counselling session. It was good to face my barriers and learn about foods and how I can not only improve my health and diet but also moods and Lifestyle- Now I have the skills and tools to keep going and reach my goals.

It doesn’t happen over night, but it does happen. I am now more conscious and aware of my choices and habits, not only for myself but for my family.
