Yields1 Serving
 2 large handfuls of kale or spinach (organic if possible)
 1 large pineapple ring
 0.50 avocado
 1 orange or 1 cup of orange juice (always choose not from concentrate)
 Still water - adjust to taste

In a nutribullet type blender, combine rinsed kale, flesh of the avocado, pineapple, peeled orange and water.

Bitz for 30 seconds or until smooth
