Christmas has become synonymous with eating, drinking and partying! But all that extra food, drink and stress can soon pile on the pounds and clothes that may have fit at the start of the month are already starting to pinch!
While most people enjoy the time out from work, gym and eating healthy, introducing even 20 minutes of exercise a day will help get you feeling and looking your best again.
Start off with 10 minutes gentle stretching and warm up, followed by some sort of aerobic activity for at least 20 minutes.
